What To Expect

The Kayak and Stand Up Paddle Tour in Ferragudo lets you explore the serene Arade River and enjoy picturesque views of this charming fishing village.

1. Drop by our shop for equipment, a detailed map, and secure storage for your belongings. Our friendly staff will answer any questions you have.

2. Start Paddling! A 100m walk from the shop takes you to the river. Paddle along the calm waters and enjoy views of the village, the historic Fort, golden cliffs, and secluded beaches.

DISTANCE
Approx. 3km route from Ferragudo Village view, the castle, small caves, and secret beaches.

DURATION
At a low pace, it takes about 1 hour to complete the route, but you have 4 hours or 8 hours to explore the river. Stop at peaceful beaches for a picnic or snorkeling.
